Design-partner pilot
A small pilot, done properly.
- Scope. One to three partner venues. We set up each wedding white-glove: website, guest import, RSVP, seating draft, timeline, vendor intakes, and the final packet.
- Setup timing. Venue intake in one sitting (~5 minutes of your team's time). First couple live within days of receiving the guest list; packet finalized two weeks before each event.
- Turnaround & revisions. First packet draft within about three business days of the final guest list, with up to two rounds of revisions before it's locked and approved.
- What we ask. Feedback from your coordinators after each wedding, and honest input on what the packet is missing.
- Boundaries. Couples approve everything their vendors see. Budgets and private notes never reach the venue.
