Weddings involve grandparents, screen readers, and one-handed phone use in a parking lot. The demo is built with that in mind.

What's in place

  • · Text and controls target WCAG 2.1 AA contrast on light surfaces
  • · A visible focus ring on every interactive element for keyboard users
  • · Reduced-motion preferences are respected throughout
  • · Dialogs trap and restore focus, close on Escape, and have named controls
  • · Forms use persistent labels; selection controls expose radio/switch semantics
  • · Navigation marks the current page with aria-current
  • · Layouts work without horizontal scrolling on 390px-wide phones

Known gaps

The demo has not yet had a full assistive-technology audit (JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver passes) or formal WCAG certification. Data tables on small screens are being converted to cards progressively. These are tracked for the production release.
